All extensions come in a natural dark brown color. If you are wanting your extensions colored prior to your install please book a Luxury Extension Color Treatment to ensure your extensions match your current hair color. Refund and Exchanges
All hair extensions are FINAL SALE. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances and exchanges are only permitted if the customer has received the incorrect product (i.e. incorrect extension type, length or texture) due to an error on the company's end.
